Day 1. Arrival Day
You will be picked from the Kilimanjaro International Airport and drive to Arusha to Mt. Meru Game Lodge for dinner and overnight
Day 2. Game drive in Arusha Np
In the morning drive to Arusha National park for game viewing with your Lunch boxes.
The compact Arusha National Park is remarkable for its range of habitats. It encompasses tree varied zones: the highland montane forest of Mount Meru (3’820 m) to the west, where black and white colobus and blue monkeys can be spotted; Ngurdoto Crater, a small volcanic crater inhabited by a variety of mammals in the southeast of the park; and, to the northeast, Momela Lakes, a series of seven alkaline crater lakes, home to a large number of water birds.
On a clear day it is possible to see the summits of both Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru from Ngurdoto Crater rim. There are numerous hikes and picnic sites throughout the park, giving travelers an opportunity to leave their vehicles and get this nature touch in this unique area. Dinner and overnight at Mt. Day 3. Arusha – Manyara
After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National park for game viewing until late evening and then drive to the Lodge for dinner and overnight. The Park is very famous of tree climbing lions, Also Elephants, giraffes Zebras, hippos and big flocks of birds. Dinner and Overnight at Burudika Manyara Logde
Day 4. Manyara- Serengeti
After breakfast, drive to Serengeti Park game viewing en route. Picnic at Naabi Hill gate overnight stay at Mawe Tented camp. This Park is famous of its annual wildebeest migration and cats. The accommodation is at the heat of it and always surrounded by wildlife.
Day 5. Full Day Serengeti game drive
Full day at Serengeti National park and following the migration . Dinner and overnight stay at the Tanzania Migration Camp. (This camp is mobile and follows the migration in the Serengeti.
Day 6. Full Day Serengeti game drive
Full day at Serengeti National park. And overnight stay at the Tanzania Migration Tented Camp
Day 7.Serengeti- Ngorongoro
After breakfast drive towards Ngorongoro Crater game en route to arrive at the Lodge for lunch. After lunch you’ll be at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at the Ngorongoro Rhino Lodge or Ngorongoro wildlife lodge
Day 8.Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, with picnic lunch descent into the crater for game viewing. Ngorongoro crater is a world heritage site and famous of black rhinos Lions, hyenas, buffalos, cheetah, etc. early evening drive back to the Rhino Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 9. Empakai-Tarangire
After breakfast drive through the Maasai land to Empakai Crater for half day hiking trip. In this walking you will have a Maasai guide or Ranger with you who will guide you in the crater while you are here enjoy watching the Lesser Flamingoes. Have your picnic Lunch here and hike out of the crater, boards the car are drive to Osupuko Lodge in Tarangire for dinner and an overnight.
Day 10. Tarangire-Arusha
After breakfast have your game drive at the Tarangire national park. This Park is very famous of it big herds of elephants and the biggest of all trees namely baobabs, and tree climbing pythons. At the late afternoon after your Lunch you will drive back to Arusha for dinner and overnight at River Tree for dinner and overnight
Day 11. Arusha – Kilimanjaro (Marangu)
The other different culture and very unique found at the foot of Mt, Kilimanjaro. The native Chagga people are very famous in coffee growing and small scale business. In the Marangu village you will have an opportunity to visit the water falls, Chagga Traditional house, iron smith, taste the very famous local brewery called Mbege and also visit the Kilimanjaro Mountain head quarters KINAPA where also Marangu route trekking begins. You will leave the area and head to Lake Chala, the deep and clean water lake that borders Kenya and Tanzania therefore half of it is in Kanya and the other half is in Tanzania. Dinner and overnight at Lake Chale Tented camp.
Day 12 Lake Chala – Lushoto (Usambara Mt. Ranges)
You will leave Lake Chala after your breakfast and in this morning you will drive to Mkomanzi National park for game drive. The park is said to be the home of Oryx, Rhino,dik-dick, Eland and many more animals and birds species. You will have your picnic lunch in the park and later ascend the Usambara Mountain heading to Mambo view point or Irente farm house for dinner and overnight.
Day 13. Lushoto (Usambara Mt. Ranges)
Bagamoyo is the historical town founded at the end of 18th c and it is an extension of a much older settlement Kaole. This was the Geman capital of East Africa and was one of the most important trading ports along the East Africa Coast of the indian Ocean. You will visit the historical building and the fish markert before heading to Dar es salaam for dinner and overnight at Sea Clif Hotel.
Day 14. Dar es salaam town tour
On this day you will do a short Dar es salaam tour and visit the Dar es salaam cultural center where you will see and learn a lot about several Tanzania tribes, their houses, belief and leadership. Here you will also be able to see different cultural dances and learn a little about Mwalimu Nyerere the first Tanzania president.
On this same day you will be able to visit the House of wanders a place where you will be able to see the great and unique art work done by disabled people using waste from plastic, wood to metal. You are recommended to visit Koko beach and have local Lunch and head back to the Sea Cliff Hotel for a relaxed evening dinner and overnight.
Day 15. Dar es salaam – Zanzibar
This is the day for goodbye to your driver.You will leave the hotel and drive to the Ferry terminal and take a boat to Zanzibar. You will get in Zanzibar stone town, the historical town and the so called Mji Mkongwe (mean Old town).
Stone town is a city of prominent historical and artistic important in East Africa. Its architecture mostly dating back to the 19th century reflects the diverse influences underlying the Swahili culture, giving a unique mixture of Arab, Persian, Indian and Europian elements to this town. For these reasons, the town was designated as UNESCO World Heritage Site in the year 2000.
You will do your stone town walking tour of about 3 to 4hours and you will have an opportunity to taste or cook some local food. You will drive to Tembo Hotel or Kisiwa House in Stone town for an evening relaxation and dinner and overnight. As you just arrive at the ferry you will go and check in at the accommodation before you start your stone town tour.
Day 16. Zanzibar Spice
This a very short tour that will expose you to the kind and spices that Zanzibar has, its usage, origin, taste, smell and touch of each one of them. You will head back to the accommodation for hot lunch and relaxed rest of the day
You will the accommodation to Prison Island where you will see many and huge turtles and enjoy the great view clean water that attracts many tourist for snorkeling and other activities. You will then leave the stone town to Jambiani for a great beach relaxation at Blue Bay Hotel.
Day18 and 19 ; Great beach relaxation days
Day 20; Departure
You will be picked up by our driver and drive to the airport for departure depending on your flight time.
